Our leadership team brings over 16 years of combined experience in direct care, behavioral health, and program management. Co-owner Samirah Chislum’s 9 years of hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician, Group Home Manager, and Shift Leader Supervisor has equipped her with expertise in person-centered care, de-escalation, and care coordination. Co-owner Melinda Clark’s 7 years in behavioral and developmental services, including her role as Director of Behavioral Day Habilitation, brings strong program development and client oversight capabilities. Together, they’ve built an agency committed to providing structured, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in clients’ lives.
